A Decolonial Poetics of Systemic Constellations Practice and Restorative Social Justice

Stuart will share some reflections on the process of writing his first commissioned book: Ancient African Futures: A Decolonial Poetics of Systemic Constellations Practice and Restorative Social Justice (forthcoming Palgrave Macmillan 2024).

Stuart is committed to positively transforming the way social justice issues are addressed through civil society, corporate and government sectors. As a Black British man he champions working collaboratively, within a participatory systemic framework with clients, colleagues, partners and stakeholders. He advocates an Anti-racist and decolonising approach to programme design, delivery and impact measurement. His aim: to align and ground people strategy with liberatory and progressive organisational purpose. Facilitating equitable and sustainable access to information, resources, decision making, wealth / knowledge generation and sharing. Stuart understands leadership as a high-value, distributed capability. His work supports individuals and teams to develop agility and poise, able to meet emergent realities with confidence, creativity, sensitivity, ethical purpose and good humour. Key areas of activity:

Organisational Development within a systemic framework, Culture Change, Transformative Coaching, Creativity, Innovation and Leadership Capacity Development. A Healing-centred, Wellbeing & Resilience stance, grounded in contemplative practices, cultural pluralism and radical inclusion approaches form his personal and professional bedrock.
