We finally know more about Ford's base-model F-150 Lightning truck, they are calling it the "Lightning Pro" because it is designed primarily for commercial and fleet customers. Starting at $39,974, the Lightning Pro gets a smaller infotainment screen, fewer LCD elements on the outside, a different grille and vinyl seats. Because of the commercial focus it also gets the same kind of connected features found in Ford's new electric vans. EPA range is 230 miles, just like the XLT trim we heard about last week, but towing numbers drop without optional packages. There's a 300 mile range version available for $10,000 extra, but you won't be able to buy one unless you're a commercial customer at the moment.
