This old stone building served as the holding place for new burials and was probably built sometime after 1876. The building has been boarded up since 1904! This whole cemetery has an atmosphere of mystery to it because it has been for so many years in a state of limbo and nearly forgotten due to a fumbling owner and an apathetic surrounding city.
