The apartment is not far from Heathrow airport and directly overhead we see often see aircraft turning to make their final approach to land. I set up a camera to point out of the window. The camera lens is zoomed-in and looking at a very small patch of sky and the aircraft we see here are already a few miles away.

This video was recorded after 6pm on a sunny afternoon, when aircraft fly past every few minutes. It can be quite noisy here some times.

The satellite detector software was modified to look for aircraft, birds or insects as they fly past the window.
