This is our experience at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on Sept. 19th, 2023, and what we prioritized. We spent the earlier part of the day at Typhoon Lagoon before heading to the halloween party around 2 P.M. (we had park hopper plus tickets).

Party guests with admission were able to enter and enjoy Magic Kingdom as early as 4 P.M., and the park closed to those without party tickets at 6 P.M. (all you need is your party ticket to enter starting at 4 P.M.—a separate day ticket is not needed). Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party started at 7 P.M. It’s likely that the same hours/days will be implemented for the party dates in 2024. Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes are not available during the Halloween party—the standby queue is the only option available.
