Quick trimming job turns into a long one! Customer keeps adding more and more branches. This is a good example of why you should do a good explanation on your quote of exactly what branches will be trimmed. It was hard in this case with about 8 different trees but I know the homeowner and I both knew exactly what was quoted because we discussed every single branch during the quote. Sometimes people decide they need more done while you have the equipment there, which is fine but expect to pay more. I brought up extra pay for the extra work once or twice but I also want to keep customers happy. Even after agreeing to a little extra money he ended up writing a check for the quoted amount. Not a big loss but a little frustrating. They were still decent people to work for and had no other issues. All and all it was a good day and didn't take too long though.
