Liquid Rubber Base is an ultra adhesive liquid rubber repair material that may be poured, troweled, or sprayed on a variety of substrates. It has an amazing 3200 PSI tensile strength and 600% permanent elongation. When used in combination with Sani-Tred's Permaflex LRB can be used on almost any construction substrate.
