This is the house of the town's Elementalist, Master Eelis of Oltak.
Town's Elementalists protect the city with spells and offer their teaching to the habitants.
It is a place of knowledge welcoming traveling scholars and mages.
Ithya will stay a few weeks working as an assistant for Master Eelis before continuing her journey to the great city of Talaos.
