UK electrician Matt is fault finding on a ring final circuit. The socket circuit is tripping the RCCB inside of the split load consumer unit. Matts identifies the faulty ring circuit and then uses a logical approach to find the part of the ring that has an earth fault on it. By splitting the ring apart Matt creates a radial socket circuit and then sets about getting as many socket on as possible. It is also interesting to see how this older PVC is staring to break down creating green goo around the outlets.
