Phoenix Fire crews responded to multiple reports of an unknown fire near the South Mountain 202 and Buckeye Rd shortly before 10:00 pm.

Crews arrived on scene and found a heavily involved commercial structure fire at a sofa manufacturing warehouse.

The assignment was quickly balanced to a first alarm working fire followed by ana additional balance of a second alarm.

Firefighters transitioned from offensive to defensive tactics dur to the fires size and severity.

Multiple hose lines were deployed around the perimeter of the fireground and an elevated master stream was utilized.

Fire investigators are on scene working to determine how the fire started and no injuries have been reported.
