The Quran and Authentic Hadiths show that Muhammad was a racist.

Quran 3:106
On the Day faces will turn white and faces will turn black. As for those whose faces turn black, [to them it will be said], "Did you disbelieve [i.e., reject faith] after your belief? Then taste the punishment for what you used to reject."

Authentic Hadith (Sahih)
Mishkat al-Masabih 119
Abud Darda' reported God’s messenger as saying, “God created Adam when He created him and struck his right shoulder and brought forth his offspring white like small ants. And he struck his left shoulder and brought forth his offspring black as though they were charcoal. Then He said to the party on his right side, ‘To paradise, and I do not care’ and He said to the party in his left shoulder, ‘To hell, and I do not care’.”

Slavery has been practiced in every country, every culture, every city, and every town, all around the world since the beginning of history.

In the 16th century it was the Christian country of Denmark that formally made slavery illegal for the first time in world history. No Hindu countries, not Buddhist countries, and certainly no Muslim countries, who were the main engine of the slave trade, ever even questioned the institution.

Muslims love to throw colonialism in your face, but will never talk talk about The brutality of their own colonialism and slavery within their own countries, most of which only made slavery illegal a few decades ago to save face with the west not because they still don’t practice slavery today as sanctioned in the Quran.

There are more slaves in Muslim African countries today then there ever were in the United States at the height of slavery.

Muslims will tell you no the Quran is very gentle with our slaves, but this does not reflect history. The New Testament is also very explicit about being fair and just and kind and Christlike to slaves. But this does not reflect history.

It is true that in the Old Testament slavery is allowed, but Jesus Christ gave us a new message regarding the character of God. He abrogated the Old Testament. Does the New Testament abolish slavery? No it doesn’t. Nobody did in the first century.

The first country to formally abolish slavery in the world was Denmark in the 16th century a Christian nation. Before that slavery was legal everywhere in the world since the beginning of history. Only Christian nations followed Denmark’s example in the 17th century. In fact, Muslim countries did not abolish slavery until the late 20th century just a few decades ago.

Why did Christian do this? Because the Christian testimonies regarding slavery were so powerful and so moving that they changed the conscience of the country from the pulpit in the church.

So why do I say that Jesus Christ ended slavery? Because it is the Holy Spirit that called for the end of slavery from the churches. And the Holy Spirit is God within us, and one with the Son and one with the father.
