In this evocative presentation, Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche teaches for the first time from his recently published book, ‘Natural Freedom Upon Hearing – ‘The Instructions on the Source Concerning the Intermediate States’ (available from Namchak Publishing.) We may be aware of the existence of the bardos, however truly understanding the intermediate states involves an ongoing education for many of us. In this video, Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche brilliantly elucidates the dying process as found in the Tibetan Book of the Dead. He focuses on the experiences of realized practitioners, the various displays understood in the Vajrayana tradition, and answers questions submitted during the teaching. In the future, TLC hopes to host Rinpoche again for further explanations regarding this important subject.
