Former Sports Cabinet Secretary and chairman of the Kenya Water Towers Agency Rashid Echesa will likely spend the Easter weekend in police custody after his arrest on Wednesday. Echesa was arrested after honoring a summons by dci to record a statement following complaints by a senior political leader that the former CS allegedly obtained money from him by false pretense.
