I think that this song fits their personalities like a glove because unlike the society that they're surrounded by at all times, they have their own opinions regarding being independent and having other ideas than the normal life stages at that time.

In the case of Eloise Brigerton, her mother’s dream is for her to get married and start a family (like Daphne), but on the other hand, Eloise’s aspirations and plans for her life are totally different, and she’s not afraid to be vocal about it. She does not want to get married or have a baby and her mother just does not understand and doesn't “take a hint”.
Speaking of Eloise, I know that so many people ship her and Theo but I really really don’t because it stands totally against the point that her character made throughout the entire show so far. She does not display any will to have a partner and be with somebody and even more than that, she's very Opposed to this whole idea of.

And with Kate, she's not against getting married and starting a family, but she is also not trying like the other girls (including her sister) to get her to have soutters. Like Eloise, each in her own way, rebels against the idea of having one course in life and that’s it. They can see that they can do anything man at that time can do and many times even better.
