- Welcome to the international Bahar Dental Laboratory with the center in Istanbul and a branch office in Germany.

- I would like to briefly talk about the workflow in our laboratory.
The orders that arrive to our center, first are recorded in a barcode system.

- Dentists, who are our clients, as well as our staff can track the progress of orders at each stage from beginning to end with the help of barcode through an online system.

- After the registration process is completed, as you can see, the plaster models are created.

- In our framework department, a total of 10 technical specialists work in two production shifts.

- Apart from the standard plaster models, we also obtain digital models.

- As you can see, taking as a basis the STL data obtained with intraoral scanners, we can also develop models with 3D Dental design programs.

- We get our Digital Models on these 3D printers.

- After obtaining the models, our framework processing begin again in the digital environment.

- We make digital designs with 8 technicians working as “4+4” in two production shifts.

- Both metal frameworks and zirconium frameworks are designed and processed in digital environment.

- Our metal frameworks that had been designed in STL format in digital environment are obtained from chrome cobalt powders in our 3D Metal Laser Sintering machines.

- This machine, that you see, in Turkey at moment of 2019 is only in our laboratory and in a few others.

- As is well known, the metal frameworks created by these machines are the assurance for a flawless final result.

- Zirconium dioxide frameworks that have been designed in digital environment are processed in CNC machine that you see. In addition, frameworks such as Custom Abutment, Custom Telescope and bars, Custom hybrid prosthesis, Custom Toronto Bridge are created in this machine.

- Zirconium frameworks of high quality can be produced in this machine too besides our other machines.

- The adjustments and final control of the frameworks that we have obtained in our 3D Metal Laser Sintering machines are performed in this department.

- In the porcelain room of our chrome bridge department, at last stage of production we provide service to dentists with our 12 technical experts working in two production shifts.

- In the department of dentures, absolutely all the work is done on site, as well as all other operations in our laboratory.

- In the department of dentures, Skeletal Prosthesis, hybrid prosthesis that you see, acrylic full denture are created.

- The most preferred in Germany telescopic dentures are processed by our professional staff in the shortest possible time.
