Happy Pride Month! New Wind Productions is proudly a safe space and welcomes queer stories of all kinds. The Age She Was is a documentary style series that will be released in several parts.  It follows the story of a young lesbian, Alexa, who is currently having a realization that she is the age her abuser was when she was pursued (29).

Today, June 6th, marks 12 years since Alexa was pushed out of the closet. In honor of the anniversary of her coming out and pride month, she is sharing her story with the world. In this docu-series, she brings us into the reality that was her high school experience.  The goal of sharing her story is to educate others about student-teacher relationships but more specifically the fact that women are predators too. Unfortunately, Alexa's story is just one of many out there and she hopes it will reach the right people.  If you are struggling and find yourself in the same situation, you are not alone.
