I'm not enough of a morning person to have a 3-hour morning routine-- but I don't really take care of myself if I don't provide some sort of structure for the beginning of the day (I skip breakfast, for example).
So-- today's mission is to put together a morning routine that's quick enough that I can do it on a morning I sleep late, and flexible/simple enough that I don't get overwhelmed and quit.
