In this video I will be going over each step as I run my Still while doing a fruit wash using 3 bubble plates and 6 sight glasses.

The recipe for the shooter/ liquor is as follow.
400ml of 80% ABV Spirit
600ml of water
3 Medium apples
1/2 of a Medium pineapple.
80g of sugar

The recipe for the Wash is as follow:

5kg of Lemon pulp and juice (11lbs)
5kg of Kweper (11lbs)
3kg sugar (6.6lbs)
fill the fermenter to 40l (10.5 Gallons)

I used PH stabilizer and yeast nutrient to ensure a clean ferment, as well as 40g of Sweet DADY yeast
