Hello everyone! In this video, I start repair work on the balcony. The loggia in the apartment is rather large, so it is necessary to make it as suitable as possible for comfortable use. What work do I plan to do? It is necessary to insulate the loggia, finish the walls, install a warm floor, perform a screed for further laying small-format tiles, replace the PVC balcony door from the developer with a more convenient sliding structure, and also paint the existing white PVC window frames from the developer in graphite color.
I will show in detail each stage of this work, which will allow you to carry out such repairs to the balcony yourself with your own hands.
