配方
干黄豆650克
水5400克(连打豆浆跟洗豆渣)

熟石膏8---10克
熟石膏加180克过滤水调开备用

玉米淀粉6克
玉米粉加60克水调匀备用


(发现每次买的石膏都会有一点点出入,试做一次9克先,如果觉得太嫩,下次加多一点石膏,如果老了减少一点,每包石膏买回来都要试)
