(One thing I forgot to mention is how important it is to find a prenatal that has a methylated version os folate. 50% of pregnant women have a gene that doesn't allow them to absorb folate so find a supplement with methylfolate so you don't risk not getting this KEY nutrient (also important if you experience multiple miscarriages). A lot of the cheap prenatals have the non-methylated version which is just called folate (note folic acid is the synthetic version and not what you want). The ones I took are called Seeking Health Optimal Prenatals and they are great.
