Has anyone done this challenge yet!? I am eating like my toddlers for a day and having all the same meals that I prepare for them. This yummy challenge will have you really consider what you are feeding those sweet babies and if they are getting the proper nutrition.

I have been plant based for years and I try to feed my kids a mostly vegan diet, they are vegetarians and consume very little dairy. Not only are these meals healthy but they are also simple to make. Normally we would consume a lot more fruit and veggies everyday.
