* All the ingredients are at room temperature.

3 Eggs (room temperature)
145 g (1 cup + 2 Tbsp) cake flour
120 g (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp) granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
6g (1 tsp) baking powder
5 g (1 tsp) cinnamon powder
90 g (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
130 g (1 cup) grated carrot
25 g (3 Tbsp) chopped walnuts (optional)
