Rachelle's Night Time Routine:
7pm: Dinner and dim lights. Get off screens and/or put on blue-blocking glasses

8pm (after dinner): Take Melatonin, Fish Oil and go for a walk!

9pm: Nightcap:
1. Cacao
2. Oat milk

4. Stevia
5. Vanilla
*Sometimes l-theanine but this is more for flavor (and pleasure) than function.

Pre-Bed Supplements:
1.Tryptophan
2. Ashwagandha
3. Magnesium glycinate

Apply a couple of drops of lavender essential oil to wrist / tip of nose.
