One of the first Bangsamoro Civil Engineer graduates of the University of the Philippines - Diliman - in its hundred year history, returns to campus to challenge young UP CE students to use their talents, skills, gifts and expertise to help the communities that they are needed the most. They were called to realize that in UP, we are tought not to become ‘pencil pushers’; we are taught to derive equations and relations as in real life equations and data are not given - we have to derive them.
