edit: if for some reason your battery is charging weird (takes way too long to charge, throws a flashing battery sign on charger) please try removing the cells, reflashing the eeprom, and then wrapping the battery board tightly in tinfoil. let it sit for a day. This is usually caused by the onboard caps not dying so the new flash settings are unable to take effect
