The detailed control process of tripping breaker and rely breaker
1. From the time part,
5 seconds after the MOSFET-cut-off signal is sent and MOSFET fails to respond. tripping-cut-off signals will be sent, and the trip breaker will be cut off.
2. From the temperature part,
If BMS detects the temperature sensor failed, tripping-cut-off signals will be sent, and the trip breaker will cut off.
3. From the cell voltage part
When BMS detects the cell voltage exceeds the high voltage trip threshold, and MOSFET fails to respond, tripping-cut-off signals will be sent afterwards if BMS detects the cell voltage is 50mV more than the voltage threshold.
When BMS detects the cell voltage lower than the low voltage trip threshold, and MOSFET fails to respond, tripping-cut-off signals will be sent afterwards if BMS detects the cell voltage is 200mV lower than the voltage threshold.
4. From the current in/out part,
When BMS detects the current in/out exceeds the high current trip threshold, a MOSFET-cut-off signal will be sent. And if MOSFET fails to respond, tripping-cut-off signals will be sent afterwards if BMS detects the current is still larger than the threshold.
