The system we decided on is a 12 kWh system with 2 Tesla Powerwall batteries. So far, we've been able to keep the house cooler throughout the summer and still have pretty big savings on electricity costs. I can definitely recommend Tesla as a solar system provider, not because Im a fanboy, Tesla lover, whatever, but because this was an amazingly smooth process and the monitoring of the system is super easy.
