Use this meditation for relaxation or for sleep. Calm yourself and de-stress with this meditation. It can also be used to relax muscles that are tense from stress or exertion.
My name is Sandi and I am the spiritual traveler behind the Traveling Foot website and the Traveling Foot YouTube channel and the Zen Adventures YouTube channel.
