[email protected] if you have a 63 Meteor headlight trim!

Hey Y'all! Back on the Meteor today. Went to Whites Salvage again to try and find floors and any other pieces we could use. Spoiler, we did not find any floors, which is not ideal but here we are. We WILL figure something out for that.
We also pressure washed the car for the first time! it went pretty good! it still needs another bath, but this was a heck of a start. I was really impressed with how the trim shined up. We definitely wont need to replace any of that!

I got a little problem solved with the carburetor, it seems the "pin" for the accelerator pump was locked up. So we got that unfrozen and it seems to be working SO much better now. I'm sure itll need touched up or just totally replaced to be 100%, but for yard driving. Its good to go.
I also got really lucky on the brake lights. It was just a bad ground in the socket itself! cleaned the socked with a wire brush, and put the bulb back in. Works as expected! Now we can start looking at the front lights on the car. But that will be for another day.
Lastly, we got stuck.... Stuck in the door, and stuck in the yard. Thankfully it was just too wet and once I waited a couple sunny days I was able to move it to where we are going to weld the floors. Which, I got an outlet installed over there. It is on its own 20a circuit so it should be enough for my @harborfreight 125 Flux welder (not sponsored) (yet).

Let me know what you want to see next!
