Baptism in the Orthodox Church.

Roughly 40 days after a child is born, they are brought into the church where prayers are said over them, they are tonsured (a bit of hair is cut off), anointed with oil, and baptized (ideally fully immersed 3x in running water in the name of the Father, Son, & Holy Spirit. Still water can be used (as depicted in this video), and if there isn't enough water for full immersion pouring water over the head, or sprinkling can be done). The child is then a fully member of the church and should/may receive communion at every normal opportunity, as well as participate in the mysteries/sacrament of the church as much as they are able.
