If you like to use the Windows mobile hotspot on a regular basis, then you are probably aware that you need to enable it every time you boot your computer. If you want to have the mobile hotspot start when Windows loads, you can create a task using a PowerShell script to enable it at bootup. This should also work on Windows 10.
