Peter and Kitra traveled off world to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at The Disneyland Resort to teach you Batuu's secret lingo. While you are on vacation visiting Black Spire Outpost you might notice the locals of Batuu saying phrases you are not familiar with, but have no worries because in today's video we go over some of the most commonly used vocabulary used in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. With a little bit of practice you'll be able to speak Batuuese in no time!


* BRIGHT SUNS: a greeting said in the morning meaning hello, good day

* RISING MOONS: a hello greeting said in the afternoon or evening

* TIL THE SPIRE: farewell, have a good day
(Black Spire Outpost is known for it's spires, mainly the big black spire in the center of town)

* DATA PAD: cell phone, also a fun game on the Disney Play app

* REFRESHERS: restrooms

* CREDITS: money

* CARGO SLIP: receipt

* CREDENTIALS: Disneyland / Walt Disney World Annual Pass used for discounts

* ON PLANET / OFF WORLD: on planet means being in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, off world means being back in the rest of the theme park

* HYDRATOR: drinking fountains

* PHOTO / IMAGE SCAN: getting your photo taken

* YOUNGLINGS: children

* IGNITE THE SPARK, LIGHT THE FIRE: a Resistance chant supporting the Resistance

We were both shocked that after 21 attempts he finally now has Black Cyber Crystal and now we are wondering what to do next.....
