Two things I forgot to mention: Once we know the values of the Timing clutch, they will always be the same. So live in concert we will know the settings for each song without having to test it every time. “Song 3 = 13 steps +” etcetera. This one adjustment will make sure both that the treadle pedal and the crank hits 6 o clock on the rotation in time with the beat and also make sure that the rhythm machine and marble hits are synched.

Yesterday I hit a milestone in the studio, I had a full marble loop with the whole marble lifting system working perfectly for the first time ever, including the conveyer belt, the two gear lifts and the demag wheel. The marble divider has been having an issue where the marbles got stuck on top and I found a super simple solve that reduced resistance for the rolling marbles and that worked instantly. I could have the kick drum playing and the marbles were picked up and transported all the way up. Its getting there. Thank you for following along!
