Meet Andre Benoit, a distinguished figure with over 33 years of experience in the strength and conditioning realm, in our latest video. A two-time Olympian in Luge (1988 and 1992), Andre has dedicated his life to mastering physical training. After completing his degree in Physical Education at the University of Calgary, he honed his skills under the mentorship of Charles Poliquin. He was crucial in developing the Poliquin International Certification Program (PICP).

Venturing beyond, Andre founded his own facility and education system, constantly enriching his knowledge through seminars and internships and even pursuing an osteopathic degree. His expertise took him to a prestigious role with the Canadian Special Operation Force Command as a High-Performance Manager.

Andre's journey has seen him traverse the globe as an athlete, coach, and educator. He's absorbed diverse training methodologies and applied his vast knowledge to the fitness industry. Andre's impact is widespread, having trained a plethora of amateur and pro athletes in various sports, including the Men's National Alpine Ski Team, Canadian Luge, Skeleton and Bobsleigh Teams, Canadian Speed skating, as well as players in the NHL, NFL, CFL, and Track and Field. His recent work includes overseeing physical training for Special Forces military personnel.
