Tad Milmine shares his heart-wrenching story of growing up with abuse and neglect while also struggling with mental illness. Holding onto the dream of one day becoming a Police Officer is what helped him survive. To achieve that dream was one thing, but Tad would learn that there would be much more in store for him.
