Today I will show you a simple and delicious step-by-step recipe in my video. 3 Ingredients Japanese Cheesecake - Today I bake a cloudy, heavenly Japanese cheesecake. Not only that - EVERYONE loves this cheesecake because it's so wonderfully fluffy and light that you just can't stop eating it! A simple recipe that anyone can cook. The main thing is to cook with love!

Preparation and ingredients:
Separate the 4 eggs into egg whites and yolks.
Using a mixer, beat the egg whites well until stiff.
4 egg yolks.
Add 250 g of cream cheese (Philodelphia).
Whisk well.
400 g of condensed milk (with sugar).
Whisk well.
Add the whisked egg whites.
Mix well.
Line a 8-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wrap the bottom of the baking dish with foil.
Pour out the batter.
Place the baking pan with the batter in the baking sheet.
Pour water into the baking sheet.
Put the dough in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes at 180C.
(Lower heat + lower rail).
Let cool in the oven for 30 minutes with the door ajar.
The cake turned out very tasty and tender.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
