I will share with you my honest opinion working on Toyotas at a dealership for over a decade. I've seen the best and worst of Toyota and I think you should hear the truth.

Toyota has a secret weapon in their arsenal. Kaizen. People hear that and say that but does it really still exist? Does Toyota really apply Kaizen as it's intended? The answer is absolutely! more than you can imagine.

Toyota actually uses Kaizen so well that sometimes it makes things bad. When Toyota listens to the wrong crowd for product feedback. If you've been watching my channel for some time, You know that I have a harsh opinion of car journalists as they seem to always have it for Toyota and always bash their products. There are many car journalists who are very good at what they do, But at the same time many are simply not giving people information that they can use in the real world.

Typical complaints about Toyota are their lack of excitement. But the truth is that's the best part about Toyotas and I wish Toyota would continue to Kaizen that! Toyotas are made to be reliable, Not compromise reliability for excitement. If you want an exciting car, buy a BMW but then your mechanic will also be excited every time it breaks down.
