A few months ago, I started playing around with Nili Barrett’s version of the Egg White Bread (PSMF Bread). I needed a bread substitute that did not have gluten or wheat and was watching Nili make this famous bread. Decided to get the ingredients to make it and I’ve been making it ever since.
