This is Iceland's hottest tourist road today and it will remain so until the next eruption at least since we expect the next eruption to start in the next days. This used to be the intersection from the Grindavik road to the Blue Lagoon and the little part of it is somehow free from lava and the tourists are flocking there of course. It's possible to park cars beside this new tourist sensation.
The end scene of the video is showing is the other end of the flooded road or just by the gap trough the lava barrier that was filled up to protect the infrastructure when the eruption started. That gap wont be opened again since there is a new road now from route 34 to the Blue Lagoon that remains open between volcanic events.
