Addressing a rally in Agra, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that today, India's youth is hopeful & full of self-confidence. He added that in the last decade we have ensured this through schemes like the Mudra Yojana and the Skill India & Startup India mission. On the other hand Congress only aims to destabilize and spoil the future if it's youth. He added that they only aim to unleash the paper-leak Mafia.
