There is a new affordable prefab home company getting ready to start production in America. Roombus is the latest prefab company attempting to make housing more affordable with their modular smart house, Nest. Nest comes in 3 different sizes starting at just $59,000 for the 240 sq ft home called Nano. Roombus joins the likes of Boxabl and Studio Shed in providing more affordable options as affordability seems to be becoming harder to attain. Right now they're taking reservations for the homes for $100 but it is yet to be clear when production will officially begin.
