In this episode, we're traveling to Pomona, Ca for another try of Smoke & Fire Social Eatery. Mrs. Thumbs and I are going to try to wrap are lips around this humongous Mac Rib sandwich. This thing is crazy extra large sandwich. It's a full smash burger, smoked brisket, and topped with a full dino short rib. With 3 pieces of Texas toast.
Let's not for get we are also sampling their Nashville Hot Chicken Fries. Battered waffle fries, a juicy chicken breast, house-made cheese sauce, Mississippi comeback sauce, curtido coleslaw and bread & butter pickles.
Choice of Southern, Mild, Medium, Hot or EN FUEGO. That description is a mouthful along with that Mac Rib.
