The Tesla Cybertruck has a NEMA 14-50 in the bed. We rounded up a 2018 Tesla Model 3, a 2013 Tesla Model S85, a 2023 Tesla Model Y, a 2021 Chevy Bolt EV, a 2024 Rivian R1S and a 2000 Dodge RAM 3500 Diesel to plug into the outlets on the Cybertruck. We use several different Tesla Mobile Connectors, the GM and Rivian provided EVSEs as well as one aftermarket EVSE that has the capability of charging at up to 48amps. This way we can see if we can overload the Cybertruck power outlets and see what happens. Will every EVSE work with the Cybertruck and will every charger be able to charge every electric car? We are putting it all to the test, even using adapters on the power outlet side as well as on the car side. Using a TeslaTap NACS to J1772 adapter, a Shockflo NACS to J1772 adapter and the Tesla provided J1772 to Tesla adapter that comes with each new Tesla.
