Look for this when you're communicating with someone and explaining something to them. Watch out for scratching of the back of the neck or head. Furthermore, when you!re listening to someone--especially if they!re explaining something to you--avoid doing this unless you don't mind them thinking you're confused.

Use this body language signal when you want to project an image of power and confidence. To do this, when sitting across from someone at a table, sit with your forearms planted firmly and fully on the table and fingers interlocked, and lean just slightly forward.

When asked a question you want to respond to with extra power and confidence, raise your fingers and connect the fingertips, making a steeple with your hands. Hold for a few seconds, then return to starting position.
