【 Tips for Making Pan-fried Chicken Breast Juicy】
-Remove moisture on Chicken breasts
-Cut it into small pieces evenly, or pound it down to even thickness
-Marinate for at least half an hour in advance
-Heat up the pan to lock the moisture under high temperature
-Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, do not turn over halfway
-Don't fry for too long
