GIANT BBQ CHALLENGE! Today we take on a St. Louis rib eating challenge featuring a massive rack of bbq ribs and rib tips along with some southern food challenge / soul food challenge flair with some traditional American side dishes! This BBQ eating challenge had only a 60 minute time limit in order to be successfully completed, fail and you had to pay $100 for the giant bbq platter. We are at Momma's Soul Fish & Chicken in Phoenix Arizona, a famous soul food challenge in the area. The ribs are quick / hot fire grilled over charcoal (not slow cooked or smoked) so different than "American style bbq". These St Louis Ribs and rib tips had 3 sides which I was able to choose but there were options like cornbread, collard greens, candied yams, french fries, spaghetti, and many other options! This food has Mississippi roots and a touch of st louis tang. Can Joel Hansen defeat this arizona food challenge & giant American food challenge, or will this big barbeque challenge beat us?
