Design-Build Remodel project for a historic 3 story home. Scope of work includes building a new 2 story addition to incorporate an attached garage, new mudroom, back entry hall and pantry off the kitchen with home gym above. The entire interior was gutted and remodeled with the goal of adding function and flow. The new open concept first floor plan is lighter, brighter and has more storage. The kitchen was reconfigured to make best use of the layout and create flow between formal dining and living rooms once all of the interior walls were removed between the hall, living room and kitchen. All of the home's bathrooms were gutted and upgraded with new cabinetry, fixtures and finishes. We converted the existing detached garage into a pool house for the new in-ground pool and outdoor living spaces that were designed & installed by others.
