Today Nissan debuted a video with the first official glimpse at what the next Z car may look like. Alongside a collection of a refined Nissan product line -- the company today in a press release stated they intend to reduce the product line from 69 to fewer than 55 models -- the new Z appears to showcase some classic styling cues from the 240Z.

I'm excited. The C-pillar looks like a perfect modern representation of that aspect of the S30's iconic silohuette. The frontend is a bit curious looking to me, but you can't expect everything to be a perfect re-creation of the first Z. Regardless, seeing these officially released from Nissan is a lot better than all of the artist renderings we've seen over the past year or so.
