In this clip, Here is the trans joke that got Dave Chapelle in some hot water. In this clip, Chappelle tells a brief anecdote about meeting one of his favorite comedians Jim Carrey. In his punchline, Chappelle compares meeting Jim Carrey to meeting someone from the trans community. The remarks got a big laugh from the live audience, but also got a lot of backlash from the media. Reportedly, several Netflix employees walked off the job in protest.
